Prices are subject to change. Boats can be rented for any number of days beyond the three day minimum on Great Pond.
** Experienced & skilled Boat Captains only for larger Pontoon & upgrade Boats.
* Must have basic boating experience for Runabouts and smaller Pontoon Boats. Both categories include knowledge of terminology, navigation rules, safety equipment, setting an anchor, and most importantly docking & securing boat to dock.
Must be 25 years old and hold a valid Drivers License to lease a boat.
The marina reserves the right to determine the captain’s ability through an orientation cruise and docking simulation, prior to release of watercraft.
Rental Boat pick-up & return time is 9:00 am & 4:00 pm
WEEK RENTALS: - Great Pond 7 days/6 nights (Dusk to Dawn Operation Prohibited).
Long Pond week rentals 6 days/5 nights (Dusk to Dawn Operation Prohibited).

THE MARINA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF RUNNING TIME DUE TO OPERATOR ERROR, EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE, WEATHER, ILLNESS, ACCIDENTS, OR CHANGES IN PLANS
RESERVATION DEPOSIT is due at the time of reservation and is partially refundable (minus a $25 processing fee) only if the Marina is notified 30 days prior to the rental date. This deposit will go towards
the rental fee.
SECURITY DEPOSIT is required for all rentals and must be on a credit card. This will be taken at the time of the rental and is refundable upon return of boat providing all equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.
PAYMENT is made in full prior to the possession of the boat.
SERVICE CALLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER IF THEY ARE DUE TO OPERATOR ERROR. For example: safety lanyard not attached, shift handle not in neutral position, etc. The Marina must be notified within an hour of any service problem. Please call us as soon as possible so we can remedy the problem. Be sure you understand how to start, trim, run, dock and tie up the boat BEFORE you leave the Marina.
RENTAL PROCEDURE
All weekly rentals must be processes between 9;00AM and 4:00PM. No boat will be checked out except during this time. All operators will be asked to:
- Complete and sign all paperwork including a Waiver of Liability which should be read carefully
- Complete an orientation of the lake
- Review the safe operation of the boat
- Review the highlights of the Maine Boat Law
- Inspect the equipment & condition of the boat
- Overnight rentals must be docked between dusk and dawn; night time use not allowed
GAS & OIL ARE EXTRA FOR ALL BOATS - Gas should be purchased at the Marina to ensure safety procedures are followed. All passengers must exit the boat when the watercraft is fueled.
LATE RETURN FEE for all boats is $100.00 per hour
